How do Debrox® Drops work?
Debrox® penetrates, softens and facilitates removal of earwax, without causing the wax to swell. Upon direct contact with earwax, carbamide peroxide releases oxygen to form dense foam. The effervescent action softens and loosens earwax, producing a cleansing, debriding effect.

Why is there no visible wax debris in the ear canal?
Earwax is broken down and absorbed by the body.

How do I use Debrox® Drops?
Debrox® Drops should be used twice a day for up to a total of 4 days if needed, or as directed by a physician. Please refer to the Drug Facts section of the label for complete directions.

Should I notice a bubbling or hissing when the Debrox® Drops are placed in my ear?
Some people notice the effervescent action of Debrox®, others do not.

What does the Debrox® liquid look like?
Debrox® is a clear, colorless, viscous liquid with a characteristic odor.

What is the purpose of the flavor in Debrox®?
Flavor is an inactive ingredient used to improve the product's aesthetics.

Why does the Debrox® Drops package state that the product is for use by persons over the age of 12 years?
This is required by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) monograph. Persons under the age of 12 years should check with their physician before using.

Can Debrox® be used to prevent earwax?
Debrox® is indicated for removal of excessive earwax. If you have any questions about the use of Debrox®, please consult the label or ask your physician.

How many drops are in each bottle?
A ½ fluid ounce bottle contains approximately 600 drops.

Can Debrox® Drops be used it if has been frozen and then thawed?
No.
